Your Bell MTS Fibe TV Service works by utilizing several different pieces of equipment. Your installation may consist of a combination of any of the equipment shown here. The purpose of this page is to help you understand the different pieces of equipment in your home.

- List Item Closed Residential Gateway (RG)
Bell MTS 2Wire or PACE RG is the Residential Gateway (RG) where the main TV connection resides before branching out to your set-top boxes via a network cable or coaxial cable. This is usually located in your basement attached to the ceiling or wall. If you don't have a basement it should be near your main TV. The RG receives the TV signal from your VDSL line and converts it into the proper viewing format.

Bell MTS Fibe TV Set-top Box is the Receiver that is located near each of your TVs. The set-top box receives the signal from the RG and gives you control of your TV service.
