Simultaneous Ring instructions
- First time users
For set up, and to prevent unauthorized access to your Simultaneous Ring feature, you must create your own Personal Identification Number (PIN). This PIN will be your telephone number (the number that is billed for the Simultaneous Ring feature). This is called the prime number.
Remember, your PIN for this initial access is your prime number and the temporary PIN for your first access is your prime phone number and should only be used for accessing the service for the first time!
