Last Access Validation
You can choose to record a greeting every time you enter your mailbox. This greeting will play back the next time you enter your mailbox, ensuring that you’re aware of any unauthorized access.
To turn this feature on or off, please follow these steps.
To set Last access validation:
- Access your mailbox as you normally would (*99).
- Press 4 for Personal Options.
- Press 6 for Security Options.
- Press 1 to turn Access Security on or 2 to turn it off.
