- How do I change my password?
- Visit http://mtsmail.ca.
- Log in using your @mymts.net email address (e.g. userid@mymts.net) and email password.
- Click on the Preferences tab.
- Select General from the left side.
- Click Change Password under the Sign In Options heading.
- Where can I find help with my Bell MTS Mail account?
- Visit http://mtsmail.ca.
- Log in using your @mymts.net email address (e.g. userid@mymts.net) and email password.
- Click your Account Name in the top right corner.
- Select Help from the menu that appears.
- Where do I call for technical assistance? Who do I deal with?
