Dial-up username or password problems
If you are having problems connecting to your Dial Up or E-mail and are getting an "incorrect username or password" type error, please keep the following in mind:
Dial-up customers:
- Your username in your connection settings should be in this format: user@mts.net.
Email:
- The username set in your email program should only have your username, do not include "@mts.net," "@resa.mts.net," "@res1.mts.net," "@res.mts.net" or "@resc.mts.net".
