How do I get a copy of a past bill?
The easiest way to get copies of your past bill is to be subscribed to Online Bill.
As an Online Bill customer, you have access up to 2 years of previous bills. Previous bills can be accessed online through MyAccount or by using the MyAccount Mobile App.
To access your previous bills:
- Log in to MyAccount.
- If you don't have a username and password, click the Sign up button. If you need assistance, visit How do I sign up for MyAccount.
- Once logged in, navigate to the "Billing" page.
- Your previous bills will appear in the Bill History section.
Your previous bills will be listed from the newest to the oldest. Click the View Bill link to open a PDF of the bill you would like to view.
Note:
You must be subscribed to Online Bill in order for your previous bills to appear in the Bill History section. If you haven't already, sign up for Online Bill today.
